All products ordered at the same time will be delivered together. In this way, you will only have to pay the delivery charge once. If you place several orders at different times, there will be a delivery charge for each order.

Delivery Information
What will the delivery charge be for my order?
Two different methods are used to calculate delivery charges depending on the size and weight of the product ordered.
For the household appliances and personal care, the charge will be EUR 4,95. For the smaller fitness equipment, the charge will be EUR 12,50. For the larger fitness equipment, the charge will be EUR 21,50.
If the order comprises several different products, the delivery charge will be for the heaviest item only.

How long will delivery take?
The delivery time is two to five days from receipt of payment.
If I return the product, do I have to pay the delivery charges?
No, you do not have to pay delivery charges for returns. Muppa will cover those costs.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes. Your order can be collected directly from our warehouse. If you would like to do this, please notify us early by emailing info@muppa.nl or calling: (+31) 24 345 4422
Can I choose the delivery address for my order?
Yes. When you place an order, you specify the delivery address. Should your order contain several products to be sent to different addresses, a separate delivery charge will be made for each address.
Does Muppa also deliver abroad?
Yes. Muppa delivers to several countries within Europe.
Exchange and Return
How long do I have to return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 7 working days from receipt. A refund will be given on receipt of a product returned in accordance with Van Den Berg Products BV’s return instructions. The returned product must be in its original condition, in the original unopened packaging together with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The product cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. Return delivery charges are pre-paid. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Refunds are limited to the original purchase amount of the returned product(s), and exclude the original delivery charges.

Guarantee & Service
How long is the guarantee period for the products I receive?
The products we supply are under guarantee for a period of 2 years. No guarantee applies with respect to consumable products.
